Muky Dai attended the University of California, Berkeley, where she received a B.A. from the College of Environmental Design, with a major in Architecture and a minor in City & Regional Planning. Prior to law school, Muky clerked at a boutique family law firm in Pasadena, California, where she attained a solid foundation in laws and motions.
While she was in law school, Muky had begun to devote much of her time to non-profit organizations such as Harriet Buhai Center for Family Law and Neighborhood Legal Services of Los Angeles County, volunteering and offering her legal knowledge and skills to benefit the under-served community. After Muky received her law degree from Chapman University, Fowler School of Law, Muky started her office as a solo practitioner, with the focus of employment immigration. During this time, Muky worked with a number of multi-national companies in their immigration matters, involving working visas for specialty occupations, visas for intra-company executives, and appeals with the Board of Immigration Appeals. Now at Strategic Legal Practices, Muky continues to zealously advocate for her client’s rights as she has throughout her legal career.
Outside of the office, Muky enjoys yoga, puzzles, baking, fine wining, and off-roading and camping with her husband and two boys.
