Daniel Tai attended the University of California, San Diego where he received a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Japanese Studies. Following college, Daniel obtained his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law. He is proficient in Mandarin Chinese and Japanese.
Prior to joining Strategic Legal Practices, APC, Daniel gained experience handling family law issues, where he focused on child custody, child support, and domestic violence cases. Following that, Daniel went on to pursue litigation experience as a junior associate at a civil litigation firm where he concentrated on lemon law and consumer law issues.
As an associate attorney at Strategic Legal Practices, APC, Daniel continues to represent consumers in breach of warranty and consumer protection cases. In his free time, Daniel enjoys dancing and teaches a dance class.
