I’ll admit, some of the negative comments scared me a little, but I’m choosing to stay positive while also being transparent about my own experience. The volume of those automated messages cluttered my inbox and caused me to miss other important correspondence. I ultimately filtered those notices into spam to manage my email flow. I believe that process could be handled more cleanly to avoid confusion for clients. That said, I understand lemon law cases take time, especially when pursuing a fair settlement. After speaking directly with the attorney, I feel more confident that my case is progressing and that it is being handled appropriately.

For the most part, everything went fine? My car was over five years old, and I had problems with my info screen and recorded them. Ford was never able or willing to correct the problem. I received a letter in the mail about The lemon law and that I may have a case. I thought my car is over five years old and paid off so what kind of case would I have? Nonetheless, I responded. Approximately a year and a half to two years later, Ford agreed to pay Me three Approximately times The original cost of my car, including everything Extra, I purchased such as extended warranty and sales tax. To be honest, it was a windfall that I never expected. Something like winning a small lottery. If you are having repeated problems with your car and the dealership seems or is unable to correct it, you need to make a record of the problem. If you can, you need to video the problem every time it occurs. I learned that these days doesn’t matter if the problem occurs at the service bay and the service advisor sees it. They only rely on what the stupid computer says. A lot of the problems are on and off such as mine. When you take it in, the problem is not happening in the service advisor will say there’s nothing he can do about it. But if it happens in front of him, you will think they can fix it and maybe they can but in my case they couldn’t and they blame it on the computer. They say the computer says it’s OK. You also need to keep your car serviced promptly and not neglect any oil changes or whatever. I took care of my car perfectly so they We’re unable to accuse me of any kind of neglect. The only problem I have with the process is that everybody wants to get their hands on the money I received. I received approximately $148,000. After I paid the law firm I had approximately $101,000. Then I thought it best to check what if any tax liability I have. I found out that I will need to pay tax both state and federal on the entire $148,000. I have to pay income tax on the 47,000 or so that the Law firm received. I never thought that law firms were tax exempt. I contacted my CPA and he checked into it and verified that My state and federal tax burden would be about $24,000 unless he can find some things that may lower it by a few thousand. The funny thing is that there are a few CPA’s that no anything about the lemon law and the tax liabilities associated with winning one of these cases. For some reason, a lot of firm would give me no information about the tax liability. My guess it’s because I have to pay the Taxes on what I paid them. I would have thought they would’ve least recommended a good accountant who knows about lemonade and how the tax works so you just don’t go out and spend the money and then suddenly owe $10,000 or $20,000 to the IRS and the state. Keep in mind that the law firm has a fiduciary Duty to you. And there are taxes involved. Otherwise, It’s all good. I had an eight-year-old card that I loved But had problems that were on and off. Now I have a brand new car that I also love and I put money aside to pay the taxes. My complaint about this law firm is that you never see a lawyer and it’s hard to contact anybody. On the other hand, they got the job done. Also, It is obvious they don’t really care much about you or me and they are just out to make as much money as they can So you need to do your due diligence in every respect. This isn’t a $5000 AC issue it’s very easily. A $100,000-$200,000 deal. Good luck!

They did deliver what they promised, but by the time i received the funds, i forgot what we agreed on! It took a few years! Don't count on getting anything soon after you sign up with Strategic Lawyers. You going to be waiting for a few years. Just keep all paperwork and don’t quit your day job.
