Background

Payam Shahian attended  University of California institutions for his undergraduate and law degrees. After practicing law as an associate attorney at a national defense firm, and later representing plaintiffs at one of the largest class action law firms in California, Mr. Shahian established Strategic Legal Practices, APC. Attorney Shahian is admitted to practice in both California state and federal courts, and serves clients in a wide range of practice areas, including lemon law, personal injury, and consumer rights. He has handled hundreds of lemon law cases and prosecuted over fifty class action cases helping to recover tens of millions of dollars.
